I just need advice about good ways to cope with panic attacks. I don't know any good ways to cope. I am sorry if this an inconvenience to everyone.

For me personally if i do
1. try to get alone or with only people you greatly trust
2. Focus on your breathing, some gifs like this work:
3. Try listening to music, for me I listen to Current Joys (one of my favorite bands) and generally calming music can help (One of my favorite songs by them)
4. If you have animals or plushies cuddle them, it can help!
5. Honestly Lofi Hip-Hop can help - calming no voices.
6. Try sleeping
