Eh, for stage three you have pretty good odds haha. Unbuffered odds would put you at 27-48% chance.

At the moment, no, there isn't a shot of that. I have lots of essences, but don't currently have an aeridini essence on me. If you like, I could tell you if I end up finding one from nuturing/battling/etc.
