Overall, I think this is a great change for the site. The Vulnyx was always meant to be based on the Saber-tooth, and I think the artist did a fantastic job on the new lineart delivering what was asked for. Yes, there's the issue with the wings being positioned a bit funny but I recognize it's due to space limitations and overall I'm very happy with it.

I think that taking colors from other trait slots will also help increase the popularity of this species but it did make this change for me bittersweet. I wasn't expecting the colors to change quite so much. There were ones I just didn't even recognize anymore. But I do still think that this is a good decision moving forward. I just now regret I didn't think to save some of the images. I knew this change was coming but it's only now I thought about doing that.

I'm also kinda hoping that the Summer Festival will be a bit heavy on the dyes. There's probably lots of Vulnyxes besides mine that need some fixing after the changes.

To build on Selfindulgence's suggestion of where to sell a new house cat style Sylesti, I've thought before that it'd be neat if a pet was sold in the main city of each region like how the Puffadore is sold in Ethernia. I think a house cat themed Sylesti would be great for Saerielle. Perhaps all of the towns would have a sorta house pet themed pet. (Not necessarily always something that generally exists in reality as a house pet but something small and rather a house pet in Sylestia.)

Some of my Vulnyxes will need recoloring, but I'm sure they'll turn out gorgeous! I also love the idea for a new house cat species.

I have to say, I love the new redesign for the Vulnyx! They have to be one of my favourite sylesties now! The artists did an amazing job here, and I have a feeling I will be collecting a few of these beauties now!

I rather like them, they fit better with all the new pets that have been coming out. And actuly look like they could take some on, one on one.

Lovely! I can see why the new look might take some getting used to, but I adore it. And I don't really understand the complaint that they don't look like cats? I mean they don't look like housecats now but they look like lynxes to me? My favorite Vulnyx came out looking good to me.

The new look looks good on some and bad on others. My babies look kinda horrible, no offense. The reason i chose the vulnyx was because they looked cute, but maybe i just need to get used to the new look. Other than that the new look is nice. :)
