Anyone interested?
https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=21134&page=1#1

Also Star Dust is now available for breeding with, if you think the price is too high I'll lower it. Its a new gene and I didn't know how much to put price wise ;) And none are for sale or available for breeding except him atm so no one to compare too. xD

Need help, my Eventide Aeridini will be an adult soon, how much should I charge for people to breed with her? :)

Since they are newly released and it's a female, you can probably start with around 200K-250K per breeding. Once their offspring are more common, you can come down incrementally if you feel like it.

People will probably be interested in breeding trades also, so if you are open to that, you may want to make a board here advertising it.

For instance, someone messaged me about breeding with my Aurora Ny'vene just before she was old enough to breed. I accepted a trade of an egg for an egg to pair with the male offered. It saved both of us gold and we both received offspring. :D

About 150k golds. If they breed another Eventide Aeridini with her, the cheapest they can sell the offspring is for 300k. They can earn back the 150k breeding fee quickly when they sold the offspring. But since it's a female... Once bred, it will take I think 3 days before it can breed again so it's up to you if you want to set a higher breeding fee. If I were you, I'd buy a Philter of Gender Swapping and turn it into a male so it won't need to recover for few days after breeding. More breeders may breed their pets with yours this way.

Personally, I think about 200-220k is good, based on personal experience with other users. Some even charge up to 300k or more. It all depends on the traits / number of traits the offspring come out with, though.

I typically charge a breeding fee of 250k for 2v females and 275k - 300k for 3v females. Other variables I consider when pricing include: rarity of that specific wheel pet, rarity of traits, desirability for the theme, etc.

Yes, there are those who charge less. But that rate I listed above is the average breeding fee for females for the newer wheel pet themes. Males are priced usually at 75k for 2v and 100k for 3v (since they don't have the cool down that females have they are typically priced less.) Most purebred offspring from new wheel pets sell in the range of 250k-500kish (depending again upon species, desirability and demand for the theme, number of traits, rarity of theme, rarity of traits, etc).

Eventually the price of offspring will begin to drop below the 250k price when second gen breeders start mass producing and selling. But I don't usually lower my breeding fees on my wheel pets. Since they are tagged, I feel that their offspring are still worth that price - especially to those who want to start a breeding project with clean lines - vs having to flip through page after page after page of geneo history to check to make sure the offspring they are purchasing or breeding from is indeed a pure.

I wouldn't advocate turning her male. You would earn less of a breeding fee with no guarantee of more breeding traffic and if you ever wanted to breed your own offspring to sell or to start a breeding project with this theme, it's going to cost you considerably more to pay to breed with a female vs. a male. Not to mention female breeders have a higher demand because the cool down period is longer. Many wanting eggs and not enough females to fill the demand initially.

I say just go with whatever you'd feel comfortable paying for a breeding. Personally, if she were mine, I'd price her breeding fee at 250k. The perennial tail isn't all that popular with most breeders, so you could knock her breeding fee down to 225k if you wanted to elicit more potential breeders ;)
