Wow, I remember when the Aurlean was redrawn back when the male vorpa was redrawn, and this has to be the most excited I've ever been for a revamp, keep up the good work!

Female's far wing: yeeeeeeaaah (although how well the pose matches with the close wing, who knows.
Bouffier chests, good too, look at that muscle.

Aaaand then we made a really terrible diagram? sketchysketch?? thing. to help us think and go over stuff to ourself.

Aside from the way the wing feathers come all the way down to the body- we already mentioned that last time we commented- the male's far wing (we... apparently mentioned the female's but not the male's far wing last time?? We were probably too distracted by elbows) trying to figure out the posing of it there because hhm.

We didn't actually notice how weirdly short on the female and the slightly off-direction the hind toes were either... this is why it is always good to look at things many times with breaks between.

And the beaks. Forever kind of looking like they got glued on. We tried to figure the thoughts we had on why it makes us think that. Eeeeeeh.

Also considered the way the female's neck joins her body.



Hhhhhhh, whatever happens, gonna sit here and wiggle in anticipation for the birds to be set loose.
