If you don't think this looks like holiday, this is the reasoning behind the design:
When I was younger and lived in California, I'd always get up early on Christmas to go outside and play with my neighbors. Seeing as it was Cali, it was usually quite warm on Christmas, despite the fact it was winter. The colors used are the pastels of the flowers in our yards with the chocolates we'd picnic on before anyone realized they were missing. The flowers represent childish youth, the innocence of not yet being burdened with the pressure of growing up: being stuck inside with work, the inability to truly embrace the spirit of Christmas.

. . .
I was inspired by the moon over the cold ocean, waves crashing across the icy rocks and as a winter wind howls.

SpiritWalker
My inspiration for SpiritWalker is Winter Spirit itself. The invisible but most important feeling for the holiday season is having the spirit to believe in anything. He represents the once a year spirit that overtakes everyone and everything for the season. Invoking magical wishes and dreams to represent them self.

Winter War Griffi
This one was inspired by the harshness of winter, yet the simple beauty of it,
black for the death that becomes,
yellow for the sun light,
purple for the life that exists,
blue, well that's self explanitory, snow, sky, and ice.
Armor for the battle that the cold brings,
wings for the phantom beauty
peacock feathers for the plush fall of snow and the birds out in the cold.

The Angel of Bethlehem
He hovers in the air above the stable, proclaiming the birth of Jesus and singing "Hallelujah!".

This griffi is based on Burl Ives' song "Silver and Gold:"
Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Mean so much more
When I see
Silver
And gold decorations
On ev'ry Christmas tree
