I'm a newer user to this site, so I've only been on here for a couple weeks at most. I just have a couple questions. I'm just a bit curious.

What happens to the sylesti of the people that get banned? Do they just stay on the ended accounts? Or are they deleted?

We don't ever delete pets. We also won't give ownership of someone's pet to someone else.

So in this case, the pets will just stay on those accounts.

is it ok if 2 people in the same household play? i have played for quite a while... and my eldest son has recently started playing as well, if this is against the rules please let me know, i will step down and allow him to be the only one to play.

Nope. That's completely fine.

It just literally is one person playing more than one account that's an issue.

Maybe you could move the Lucky Pot to Games instead of having the festival links go to just the pot and nothing else? Cuz that's really super boring.

That's just how things are set up. And since it is not a permanent game, I would have to recode the navigation bar to allow the addition and then recode it to remove it.

So, where is the rest of the festival or should I just ignore it? If you've fixed the lag issues with the zone I wouldn't mind playing it but I usually don't because of the excessive lag...hard to tell since I can't actually link to it, though.

There isn't a festival zone. This is just a small event with The Lucky Pot, some avatar items, new themed pets, and a sale.

We will be having the Spring Festival probably in late April/early May which will be a full festival.
