The rewards will be the same.

We will keep the garden open for an additional week and then after that week is up, we will make sure that everyone gets the pets that were planted even if they didn't finish growing up.

-PLEASE IGNORE THAT QUESTION-

What if, after that week, you have seeds left over that you didn't get a chance to plant yet? I, personally, cannot afford 100 diamonds each for additional pots, so I have to only plant 2 seeds at a time.

Then you wouldnt be able to use the seeds.

As Barcode said, yes. The seeds will go unused. They will (most likely) be refunded back in someway prior to next year's Spring Festival.
