The females lifted paw still looks like it juts at an odd angle, and I think their feet need to be a wee bit smaller to give them that fox-papillon look.
The revamp is a marked improvement!

The baby male's tendril thickness is still inconsistent, with one (his right, our left) still being thin and the other (his left, our right) still being thick. Perhaps the thicker one should be thinner and the thinner one be just a bit thicker?

I like the added fluff and the girl's open smile! The dude still looks a bit "I'm better than you" which is good, he's always been snooty and I love him for it!

YAS PERFECT!
Well the female is perfect but the male's snout is still too long the feet could be a tad smaller
Actually i think the males snout on the bottom ends before on the top snouts must always be longer on the bottom of the face than on the top
and from Upsidedownsarah
Muzzle could be a little smaller, feet a touch more refined, and her chest area is disproportionately large it could be a bit thinner

I'm pretty happy with these changes, good job team. :)
The only thing I feel is a bit weird, is that when the fluffy bits were being edited, this rather sharp triangle didn't get softened a bit so it would look a bit more natural back there:
