Oh, UR ON!!! Pyro cried, putting his Dragon Claws in an X (like X Siscor, but dragon typed :D) to block while still charging. Then he fired a Hyper Beam to slow down Sandslash, if not stop him.

Sandslash veered to the side and uncurled, but kept running with the same momentum. When he felt like he was close enough, he spun around and used Swift.

Pyro spun around and cut threw the stars with Dragon Claw and fired off Dragon Pulse and Hyper Beam like a machine gun. All the while prepping another Dragon Claw, but with more power this time.

Pyro flew a long way. But he had his plan, and his Dragon Claw at the ready. He roared out his pain and anger to the world, then charged at Sandslash, unleashing a powerful Dragon Claw. Except it was purple and too dark.
Charmeleon learned Shadow Claw!
Grinning, Pyro took a massive swipe at Sandslash with Shadow Claw, landing it right on the face and knocking him pretty far. *Whos number 1 now, boiiiii??!?!?* he cried, rushing away.

Sandslash let out a sharp cry, pawing at the afflicted area. Then, he grinned and let out a laugh. "THAT'S A GOOD'N, MATE!!" He wooped. He picked himself up and rushed in to attack with Crush Claw. "This should do it!"

Pyro roared out a *CHHHAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!!!!!!!* And, well, charged (XD) using Shadow Claw. the next 5 minutes were spent with a lot of jabs, blocking, and scratches and both wouldnt give up. Pyro was getting tired, but he had a move that Sandslash hadnt seen. Charmeleon blocked a Crush Claw aimed at his face, and jumped back, waiting for Sandslash to charge.
