Astra frowned. Just have to blind the ones close enough. she thought. She decided not to go full blinding light so she just turned one of her hands into a bright light and she dashed after Nicote and tripping any orc that followed Nicote.

Nicote slipped into the forest, making a beeline for the cave.

Alcove took a sip from the vial before stashing it away. The human grabbed the knife out of the orcs head and proceeded to throw them at the orcs following Nicote.

NIcote reached the cave....and groaned. It was overrun with orcs, orcs, and more orcs. He muttered something under his breath and wrapped himself in darkness (a good thing in a dense forests). He snuck around the edge of the miniclearing, trying to reach the mouth of the cave, not daring to use his weapons or risk being discovered.

Astrana could still see Nicote. "Come on." she whispered to human. She grabbed the human's hand turning both her and Alcove invisible.

Alcove was a bit alarmed by the gesture but went along with it. "Sorry I was late." She whispered back. Alcove couldn't see Nicote but she knew that they were there somewhere.

Nicote winced an orc swung its weapen, nearly hitting him. He crept to the cave entrance, then waited for his companions to catch up

Astrana saw where Nicote was heading and pulled Alcove along. Once she reached Nicote, she touched him gently to let him know they were here and waited for his next movement.

Nicote slipped into the cave, barely avoiding a group of orcs. He motioned the others to be silent.
