She followed after Tony, a little surprised at her rushing to get out of the area but not minding at all. It was already unsafe here and she kind of wanted to live.

Hearing footsteps behind her, Tony pulled Alexis onto her shoulder, booking it.
Alexis let out a small sound of fear from being suddenly picked up but tried not to struggle as she knew it wasn't something bad.

Tony looked back, seeing the man behind them. She glared forwards, taking a sharp turn. "This might hurt." , She whispered, throwing Alexis over the fence. Tony felt bad, but it was life of death at the moment. She climbed the fence, landing next to her.
Alexis tried to land gracefully, but ended up falling on her knees. She winced in pain but stood up soon. " It's fine.. those guys might of been trying to kill us. "

There was a bang against the fence. Tony grabbed a shovel. She held it up like the fence could come down any second.
" Do.. Do you think they are still trying to get us? " Alexis said, looking ready to fight herself but in her eyes fear glittered like fireflies in a forest.

Her big pitbull growled, pulling on his leash. "If they where they would be dog chow." She responded. There where footsteps, leading the alley behind her house.
Alexis was beginning to become jumpy and scared, she was on full alert and afraid she might not be alive next week. Swallowing hard she pushed this thought away and tried to focus on something else. " I didn't think you would be able to carry me. Ever. " she said with a quiet chuckle.

"You are as heavy as a feather, kiddo." , She replied, putting the shovel down.
