DeHaro just stared at the tree and between Mel and Yuuko.

Yuuko had drawn his own pistol at this point, aiming at the tree's center mass.
"You think this is a game, dude?"

"Is there anyone here that can even do such a thing?
This shard looks very.. alien. It's hard to say it's anything even of this world, Rei."

Wes had pulled himself up at this point to look it over and shook his head. "If it is or isn't, that's not the point. We'll definitely need a tech expert or some sort of scientist on our hands."

A villainous grin overtook her. She had a plan, but it would need time and lots of help.
"Have any desire for revenge, specifically on Yuuko? Perhaps we pay him a visit, and even better, ask him to stay for a while..."

"After my own brother? Not particularly, though I suppose he has a debt to pay. I'll leave all of that to you two."

"Ah right. I had forgotten you were related to that rat." He narrowed his eyes at Kiyoshi.

"Only by blood, really. Our mother saw it fit to dispose of me as a child. For better or worse. Yuuko doesn't seem to see us as having any relation at all and I've certainly not had any contact with him, even when he still was with us."

Rei

"Ya, ya, brother whatever...He's our best option whether you guys like it or not."
She tapped the shard's holder, pulling her hand back quickly, cautious as to keep herself uninjured should the shard have some undiscovered effect.

"I have my sights set on Yuuko. I need you help. Kiyo, if you want to sit this one out, great, but you are going to have to assist with preparing our other members. We work as a group, a family. Keep that in mind at all times."

Mikla by now wasawkwarldy throng to unbakr himself but it wasnt working. He had not enough concentration.....not good.....

Luna sighed. "And this I why I dont go for walks in the park often anymore. Why would someone turn into a tree here and alsi.....why would someone e have the power to become tree, that's jsut random."

He lowered his gun, holstering it as he noticed the tree already struggling enough.
"Whatever. It's just a Marked. Ready when you are, Haro."

He started off towards the parking lot at the edge of the park.

Luna eyed the tree, as Mikals mouth finally appeared. "Wait. Hold up." She said to Yuuko. "You uys work for the police right?"
