I apologize one and all, I will be placing the top 3 up a little later than planned. I got called in for an 2 emergency c-sections on chihuahuas. I will be up today along with the next challenge, just a bit later than planned.

TOP 3
"Liquidation" Challenge

First off let me apologize for the lateness of this edition of D.C.U. top 3. A typically, I do not have it up this late but alas it could not be helped today. With that aside, I knew that this challenge was going to be difficult and it did not fail me in that regard. This challenge proved to be rather difficult for one and all. But that is what we want as a group. We want that challenge. That is what we want when we test ourselves. For simply just accepting instead of challenge you become stagnant. And I for one believe none of you want to simply settle. You prefer to see what else is out there, and that includes just what more are you capable of as a designer. So don't take this as a defeat, but a door that has opened exposing what needs improvement. And as we step through that door together, take this chance to pat yourself on the back. You all took that chance and attempted something that most were not exactly confident in. You ran with it, and I couldn't be prouder. And speaking of being proud...Let me proudly present to you your "TOP 3"!!!

"Will You Be My Valentine?!" Challenge

(READ EVERYTHING)

With this challenge, you have a little bit more freedom to create as you would see fit. However, the object of this challenge is to create something based on, around, or about this upcoming holiday known as Valentine's Day. Mind you, it doesn't all have to be on the mushy side of things or romantic at all. It can be don't get me wrong, but it can be about heart ache/broken hearts too. The possibilities are endless so to speak. It could just be in Valentine day colors, or you could theme it out so to speak. Either way...Put your thinking caps on, and let's get creating! May the best designer come out on top!

~CHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS~

1.) Your design must represent Valentine's day in some way. Wither it be all about love, or heart ache is up to you. Just remember, the more designs you you will have to keep one thing in mind. That being everything must stay in one post. DO NOT quote your post anytime you change anything. Just PING me a heads up.
