While I don't hate the new vulnyx, I can't say I like it either. xD (not to be rude) I don't know why. I just don't like it. Or maybe I just have to take the time to get used to it x3

I am absolutely stunned at the update here. The new art is absolutely gorgeous and clearly matches the look of pets that have been more recently designed. I feel that this redesign better shows the original intent of the vulnyx species as well as the intent in the style of the Sylestia website. I'm so, so happy with it, and while it is different, I'm grateful that the time was taken to make this improvement.
Thanks for the amazing revamp, guys. It looks like it was a lot of work, and I can't wait for others. c:

My two original pets they both look beyond amazing now!
As stated earlier the Draeyl is the next species to get a revamp. :)
We will also be revamping the original six starter pets, after those are done we will be doing reshades and maybe some lineart touch ups for the other older species (Morkko, Bulbori etc).
Oh, please be gentle with Nixi and Qitari! I have so many lovely pets of those two species and I adore them so much! I only had a couple Vulnyx in my stables that I liked so this revamp didn't affect all that much, but such a drastic change to my pastelly Qitari and wonderful 6-visual Nixi....it troubles my heart just thinking about it.
(A heads up would be wonderful for when you guys decide to do more revamps. From the looks of it, a lot of other users would like the chance to save images of favorite pets.)

I like this design MUCH more than the old one! Vulnyx used to look so fragile but now it looks fantastic!

The new design is ok, lol though it's odd that one of mine is based on cheetahs but now it looks like a lynx too much to be considered one. Though I did have to use a few greater pet dye cause if Im not mistaken color three never showed up on the old design and when it did now well I had to change it cause it looked odd on the new design.
I liked the old design cause it was androgynous based on type/race of cat and could make it look somewhat like a type of cat using the genes, though I do agree that the design had looked fragile, but now it looks too defined as a lynx, so the new design isnt bad but not the greatest either
