Oh wow, haha. XD All of those are my favorite foods too, except for the rice noodles-whenever I'm able to eat it, it's always made with a really spicy sauce, so I just don't eat it now.
You're so lucky to live in Taiwan! I was only able to go there once, but the food was *amazing* not to mention the places we went to (they were all beautiful). And when we went, the air was pretty good (although since I live in Shanghai, almost anywhere has good air in comparison *sigh*).

Singaporean Cuisine
With four pets make a traditional/cultural Singaporea 4-course meal."

Reason for multiracial attempt: Singapore is a multiracial society, so I decided to try and reflect this in my dishes - since in my opinion, no Singaporean cuisine is complete without a taste of the four main races here.

Appetiser
Aloo Chaat

Aloo Chaat:
Representing Indian cuisine in Singapore, we have Aloo Chaat! Aloo Chaat is the name of a street food item made in North India and Pakistan. It is prepared by frying potatoes in oil and adding spices and chutney. This dish can be served as a snack, a side dish or a light meal.

It is made from boiled and fried cubed potatoes served with chat masala. It is a versatile dish that has many regional variations. The word Aloo means potatoes in Hindi and the word Chaat is derived from Hindi word Chatna which means tasting. Thus, Aloo Chaat means a savory potato snack. It is also spelled as Alu Chaat.

Salad
Garden Salad

Garden Salad:
Time for a taste of the European side of Singapore! Representing Europe, we have the dish called the garden salad! In case you didn't know, the green salad or garden salad is most often composed of leafy vegetables such as lettuce varieties, spinach, or rocket (arugula). Due to their low caloric density, green salads are considered a common diet food.

The salad leaves may be cut or torn into bite-sized fragments and tossed together (called a tossed salad), or may be placed in a predetermined arrangement (a composed salad). They are often adorned with garnishes such as nuts or croutons. Due to how common garden salads are, the term 'salad' has come to refer to garden salads.

Entree
Nasi Lemak

Nasi Lemak
Going by Entree as a main dish, Nasi Lemak represents the Malay cuisine in Singapore. It is a fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and "pandan" leaf commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish. It also popular in neighbouring countries such as Brunei; Singapore; Riau Islands; and Southern Thailand.

Nasi Lemak have been seen to the Southern Philippines prepared by Filipino Muslims, it is considered as one of the famous for malay-type breakfast. It is not to be confused with nasi dagang sold in the Malaysian east coast states of Terengganu and Kelantan although both dishes can usually be found sold side by side for breakfast. However, because of the nasi lemak's versatility in being able to be served in a variety of manners, it is now served and eaten any time of the day.

Dessert
Tang Yuan

Tang Yuan
Now, representing Chinese cuisine in Singapore - Tang Yuan! Tangyuan or tang yuan is a Chinese food made from glutinous rice flour mixed with a small amount of water to form balls and is then cooked and served in boiling water. Tangyuan can be either small or large, and filled or unfilled. They are traditionally eaten during Yuanxiao or the Lantern Festival, but also served as a dessert on Chinese wedding day, Winter Solstice Festival, and any occasions such as family re-union, because of a homophone for union

While traditionally served in a sweet brownish soup (if you can call the liquid soup, it's so sweet it's more like melted sugar in some cases) with white glutinous rice balls, Tang Yuan has evolved to include less sweet soup (the more transparent ones), rice balls with different colorings, and the rice balls' fillings differ as well. Thus this design was based off the more modern Tang Yuan, due to the clearer soup and multi colored rice balls.

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry for the delay: I've been trying, but my house wifi isn't fast enough for the generator, so I need to wait until I'm at school (I'll be done by 5 pm tomorrow). I'm really sorry for the inconvenience!
