I'm so looking forward to this revamp! They are gorgeous and perfectly adorable! I liked them already, but now they will be one of my favorites. *Greatly anticipating working on some puff projects*

Definitely better. Honestly still not a fan of the female's hair, tuft, cheek fluff. I still think it looks a little fangy.
Otherwise i like the change to the male's face, the the fluff being integrated into the leg more definitely looks better.

They are very floofy, and continue to remind us of Papillon. Very good.
The adult male's pose reminds us a lot of the top photo of this:
We question why the hatchling female's hindquarters and back legs are so small, compared to the rest of her, and in comparison to the other puffadores. They seem strange, especially when contrasted to the hatchling male's. I think, proportionally speaking, the original version looks better at a glance, in that regard.
Something feels a bit off about the far front leg on the female too, just in the angle. The location relative to the chest.
Also, someone has pointed it out, but the fur tuft on the adult female's far back leg looks rather. Pointy.
Not really sure why there has to be such a defined line on the far limbs to separate the tufts from them, which is, I think, maybe part of the reason it's ended up looking like a spike.
Final opinion:
These are sylesti papillon with very little ear and toe fur, and very long tails
(Look at them leg tufts. Such floof.)
Liking the way they're looking overall.

I think they are very realistically portrayed, while retaining the endearing "cartoon" appearance. My parents have raised show quality chihuahuas since 1978 and honestly, you can't avoid the occasional odd angle when you're trying to create poses like these.

Not sure if this has been brought up but something I just thought about is whether or not the chest fluff on the puffadore is going to be layered. I was thinking layering could help with certain types of armor or other mutations going across the chest. Like for instance, if pearl armor was done for the puffadore, it wouldn't have to extend out to cover more.
