Sam felt incredibly awkward, so she just dived in, only taking off her jacket. She stayed under the water for a while watching as the naiads swum in opposite directions.

August resurfaced, and some how, Kodama did too.
"Where the heck did you come from?" August asked.
"A magician never tells his secrets." Koda said proudly.
"Oh shut up." August growled, swimming in circles.

Sam's head emerged from the water, she sunk part way so her eyes were just visible. "When did Kodama get her?" She asked in confusion.

Sam paused for a moment before saying, "Fun, I hope I never witness that, it is terrifying." She sunk into the water again and kicked it up in August and Kodama's face.
