You are stopped by a large gap, about 9 feet across.
Could I make the jump? I wonder, prowling around the edge before looking for a way to get across. Even if I made the jump, I couldn't ensure Malas would.

She continued the way she was originally going. She walked slow and was still alert for any scents.

She gives a tired yawn and after stretching asks, "Ready to go?"

"Watch this Alpha!" Malas barks, he bunches his muscles and with a quick sprint he vaults over the gap, landing a few feet over on the the other side. It looks too far for you too jump though.

Malas has revealed the skill: Leap
"Cool!" I yell over the chasm. "I don't think I can make it, though! Try to find something long and solid over there so I can cross?" I ask him while doing the same on my side.

"Not yet, do you smell that?" I ask before trying to track down where the scent was coming from.

It is around midday. The sun is filtering threw the calm of the forest. Shadows criss cross over the ground in everyway. A small bird is flitting above your head and you can smell the scent of another wolf aways in the distance.
He checked the scent again, but he found the bird remotely more interesting as he padded up, eyes fixed on the path ahead of him. His ears were pinned back as he walked, ail lifted just above the dirt so not to pull on the ground.
