How about Tetradic? That one seems pretty cool. If it's too much, we could go with split-complementary.

hey limor! just wondering what your thoughts are on this?
its supposed to be like cupid's valentine but different so I named it eros' valentine because cupid is roman eros and he does the exact same thing I just wanted it to be different enough to go in the love pair challenge without it being cheating

So well, I would look at doing more gentle greens and yellows, with some pops of pinks and oranges. This gives a more coherent color scheme and will be more appealing
too start off with i'd do some green colors, with yellow tints:
then if you do this and up the colors in the g1 it will stand out more
and then perhaps a darker green g2:
I could suggest a pale yellow for g3 to make it pop more
and one you add the mutations i think your good to go!

Now the first thing i would change is making a darker body, this helps with more colors in the traits and in the first four colors use one of each color from the type of color pallet
this allows for a nice bright g3
I would suggest an deep nlue color for the m1 as this allows for the tips of the tail to show
and in your m2 an orangy color for more contrast
and i'd make cute which brighter

well the main thing i see is to many pinks and not enough contrast in it. Have a monochrome design can work fine it just needs some more contrast in the shades of the colors. Looking at your design all your traits are the same color, and between each one they should be different.
and for the love pair challenge you can only have 6 traits points, so either all 6 carried or 3 visibles, which I would go for the latter it will give better offspring.
Now if you plan to sell babies from this design if it wins I would pick more desired traits, and you might even be able to make a quick buck.
Now with your first four colors as I commonly do I would made the c1 a darker color, which is good for highlighting other colors later. With some suggestions i would include some orange-pinks. These are a nice shade and help with the design
Now having your g1 only slightly brighter will help build up colors on the puff without it looking too distracting,
This goes for the g2 as well, just work it up brighter until g3 which is the pop color
For your m1 I would change the colors a bit, and make it paler
and your m2 looks good, and for your m3 i would just saturate it more
Now for your love pair I would suggest these traits:
and the origional traits in this color scheme:
