Pochi snorted. "Escape Attempt: Failed" he snickered.

He huffed, "I wish there was a way I could warn her before she thinks I've disappeared and left her"

Taithlon put Velos on her head and gave him a quick stroke before turning her attention back to Pochi, "Pochi.. can you shake or nod your head? Are you okay with me and Kiku being together?"

"Russia? No. Why would an island like me have contact with him?" Cuba grunted.

"you two may find an interesting deal" he touched his armour, "Darn, I need a cigarette, todays been hard"

Cuba passed him a half empty pack and a lighter. "Here." he said. "I don't smoke much, but sometimes it can be stressful."

Pochi wagged his tail and licked her on the chin. Nodding was for losers.

She laughed, "I'm glad. I wouldn't want to break what you two have" she smiled.

Velos lay down on Tais head, "I'm glad you like her. At least I know I will be leaving her in a safe set of hands and paws."

"Thanks" he muttered gratefully, taking one and lighting it, "The war is stressful, especially since all the noise drives me mad. One of two reasons I had to leave. Wales will kill me when I return though"

Pochi nodded. "I'll see you off before you leave tonight." he said.

"I appreciate it. Would you happen to have any ink?" he sniffed the air. Taithlon had started drifting away, thinking about things in a daydream stance.
