The male Sunken Cemetery Kelps I bred with the inaccessible regenerate-able traits are adults now! Hospital Flowers is on the pricey side so as not to undercut his father (he has a specially mutated trait, Luminous Fins). ^u^;;
Right after I very specifically traded for unmutated Ocean Waves, like 5-6 appeared for super cheap. I don't really need more than 2 5 tagged Ocean Waves, so I did cap my greediness.
I have these three up for public breeding with regenerate-able traits that are either uncommon or inaccessible via other tagged. Feel free to ask for discounts! Navigator was one I traded for but I was saving regenerating him until I got more (now):
Now I just gotta control my wild spending until I can mutate Moon Moth onto Radar. -u-

I've gone ahead and put my two muted SC mares up for public breeding. Ebony has ornate armor and Elvira has deep sea runes. I will eventually do a project with them, but with how crazy my work schedule is right now it's going to be awhile so I might as well set them up for others.
I'm also setting some regen blue hydrangea PB up for sale for cheap. Most of them are related to each other and they don't have very many points, but maybe someone can use them.
Oh, and I'm really happy with this boy, who hatched with vis butterfly mane.

I would have preferred if the wings had buggered off, but he has the mane I wanted.
A couple of project ideas I have with the mane:

*silently knocking myself upside the head for forgetting about this thread* Some Kelpie fan I am >.> ANYWAYS I figure I'd post my own Kelpari projects I got going on and some updates about them. My most recent would be my 6-vis Sunset Kelpari design and 6-vis max stat Luminous Lotus Kelpari design which both are currently underway. Yes, you read that correct. A MAX STAT Kelpari project! Whew what a journey that's gonna be.
Here is my Sunset design, visible Seahorse, Seahorse, Deep Sea, Pearl Armor, Luminous Fins and Glowing Water. Currently I'm blessed with a single 6 trait male and only second generation in, talk about a stroke of luck with the gene pool, but a couple 3-4 trait babies floating around as well. Hopefully this project moves along nicely.
Next, we have my *drum roll* Max State project. Aren't they a beauty? This gorgeous creatures will have visible Tiger, Monarch, Deep Sea, Pearl Armor, Luminous Fins, Mystic Horns at the final stage before I move on to begin raising those stat points. So far my offspring traits are on the lower end, but got a couple 3 trait babies I can't wait to grow up!

Faeyla: I like your first project idea very much. Butterfly mane and Monarch fit very well together.
FleurFaolan: Wow, great designs! And good luck with you max stat project! I was thinking about one, too. But I don't have the time right now.

Looking at various projects, seems like Deep Sea Runes are becoming the go-to runes for Kelparies.

Ack I can't decide which design I like more for the summer fest!! I'm trying to stay away from solid blue/beachy colors since we have a few of those floating around already in themed pets. Should I use my curled octopus or desert mirage design?!

Hmm, the curled octopus feels a little more summery (if that's a word) while desert mirage feels a bit more like autumn. They are both lovely designs.

Must disagree with Faeyla; I think the Desert Mirage color palette is more summery.
Speaking of summer, here's my entry for the Summer Festival, the Scuba Vacation Kelpari--
I would tweak it a bit if I had more time, but I think this still looks pretty good. Thoughts?
