Inspired by spring flowers. I had some beautiful pink and white ones this year. <3

My spring themed pet will be called the Spring Bud Draeyl.



My inspiration for this spring theme is the garden(well, my garden :D). I have a lovely garden full of daffodils and tall green plants. Also, I have amazingly pink begonias surrounding all my other flowers. The colors on this draeyl represent those shiny and beautiful daffodils, the long leaves of my aloe veras, and the pink swirls that represent my favorite, the Angel Wing Begonias. Lastly, the reason why I have the word "bud" in there, is because spring is about new beginnings. My flowers did start somewhere(as buds XD).

Where I live, we have a lot of beautiful spring days that suddenly get overtaken by storm clouds so that's what I based this design on.

This reminded me of spring with the butterflies around spring. They can be either both colors, or the same.

My design was inspired by one of the most prolific flowers in my area during the spring.When I went to design my entry I thought of the lovely flowers that we get, so many beautiful hues and shapes, then my daughter came up to me with one of the flowers I consider a weed "Mum, do you like butter?" she said and held the shiny yellow bloom under my chin, with a smile she giggled and said "yes you do!" then ran off. I remember doing the same to my mom as a little girl.
An unassuming yet bold and bright bloom, the little flower was one of my childhood favorites and so this puff is my ode to both past an present memories.
