Well done everyone thus far that had participated with in this challenge. Below, you will find my words to you personally. Some may be comment/feedback, and or a critique/suggestions of improvement possible. Take it as you will. I will let you know if something truly needs to be changed to make your submission eligible if it is not. @Limor...You did an amazing job this week hon, and I love the fact you submitted a number of designs. it is ok to use any kind of artist so long as they were and or are inspirational to you and or others. I chose a classic artist for the example to give you all an idea of what the challenge was about. So you are good there. As for your submissions, let me break them down for you by design.

First, let us start with "Teethmeat". She is a pretty neat artist, and I am glad she inspired you as you grew up through life. That is a good thing. You have that connection, and it shows in your work. However your design doesn't match your description of her nor your reference picture that well. Please do not get me wrong, it is a gorgeous design. But the grunge look you spoke of in your description is defiantly seen in your image. Maybe a better outfit instead of the dress you have on her would be along the lines of Sylestian Engineer's Outfit (Any Of Them), Zombie Survivor's Outfit (Maybe the customizable one), or even maybe the Misfortune Kitty outfits? You don't have to change her if you don't want to the design is eligible, those were just mere suggestions.

Secondly, "Hotchitoslvr". I was blown away by how similar the face of your design is as similar to that of your reference picture. It has a truly eerie but amazing similarity. Way to go with that hon. You did an amazing job on that. I can also see what you were going for with your design through what you said in your description. You know with the line art and warm/comfy. I can see it, and think you pulled it off real well. Way to go on that.

"Wetmattress", I can see some similarities between the reference picture and your design but that is about it. I get that you like this particular artist, but I do not see how she inspires you or how she may inspire others. Can you please add that and reflect it in some way in the design. And or add the influence part and explain how your current design reflects that? Once you do that this design will be eligible for the "Entries Thus Far" posting.

And lastly for you Limor, your "Junji Ito" design. Admittingly you didn't go into too much detail about how he was inspirational until the end of your description. Which is ok, your description works. But his style of making things appear as if they can and could come to life with the dark twist has actually influenced a number of people. So I can defiantly see how he would inspire you and why you like him. I personally like that type of style. It can be amazing or give you nightmares literally..lol. Way to go on that. My only suggestion here for this design if you will would be to instead of using the Shadow Stalker (Sun fire), maybe using a darker color Shadow Stalker, or Dragon phantoms? Again only suggestions there. Otherwise very well done on your designs this week!

@Valkyrie....I am glad you used someone like "Thomas Kinkade". His pieces often have that calming affect/effect on people. I too, along with my mother, love him as an artist as well. I often think of my mom whom lives across the country from me when I see his work and it too makes me think of home. So I can relate in a way with you on that. It is peaceful. And I am glad that he inspired you to draw and dabble with art like things. I will confess something on to you. You will be your own worst critic. Never give up, and try try try again. The more you work on it, the more you test your limits and step outside your comfort zones the better. And with time and patience you will get better and better at it hon. Just never lose faith and belief in yourself. Keep up the awesome work!

@Dragon....Your "Quinni AKA QuinniArt" was extremely pretty. I liked how you developed the design over all very much, and can even in a way see hints of water color in the design. Which I know is impossible given the items we have access to, but still it is darn close. Not just that, but water colors in general are very hard to work with in my opinion. So I applaud those that even attempt and achieve designs and or pieces of art using water colors. My attempts have failed into utter blobby messes so, it is awesome she accomplished that. And it is awesome that she inspired you into giving watercolors another try. Awesome...Just awesome job this week Dragon!

@Bunny...I love the black and white image so to speak of your design with the colored background. It is really neat and amazing to see. However, your description needs a bit of work hon. You need to explain briefly how he either inspired you personally or has inspired others. Once you do that, your submission will be eligible for the "Entries Thus Far" post.
