Didn't exactly come out how I wanted and took longer than I planned on, but had my laptop die out on me and I had to figure out an app on my phone to do pixel art on.
After going through like 4 really unwieldy ones, I just decided to use the pixel brush on my normal art program.

Little disappointed I can't animate it and the quality isn't great because of antialias on the brush but at least I got something to show for my efforts, lol

Honestly I'm still trying to figure out a perfect size for pixel headshots but it would have been much easier to do and I could have done much more detail if I had access to my normal pixel art programs, lol. I'll get it figured out eventually.
