As you might have already noted, I've chosen the mystery tool for this weekend. For participating in the first week, you all receive a canary. This gives you one immunity from toxic chemicals, so if you find them, you won't have to halt mining for the day. However, once your canary is used up, you will not receive another. Please note that when your canary is used, your odds for toxic chemicals will stay the same, not reset

Will you be purchasing any tools? Everything except Dynamite (I think that's 42k?)
Anything else? Does the effect of items stack? For example, if I were to buy (79) gas masks would it reduce my chances to find toxic waste by an unreasonable amount or would it cap out at just the one?
