How about we go to the start of valentines day~? A Saint Valentine Luffox!



I've seen a load of chocolate and lovey-dovey Luffox, how about one that reflects the history of the holiday! The Saint Valentine story, though flimsy helps mark the choice of celebrating on the 14th.

I mean, we have to pay some tribute to a founder (though not the only founder).
( Sorry I didn't mean t make this overly religious, I'm not really religious myself '^-^, I just really love history, and it does share color attributes to valentines day.)

So... I decided to base my entry off of the lovebird: They are known for their strong monogamous pairs, and the long periods these pairs spend sitting together (says Wikipedia). And the luffox: I tried to keep to the general coloration I saw on lovebirds (dark face, green/yellow on body). Since some kinds of lovebirds had sort of a peachy color as well, I added in the runes with that color. And of course, wings. Don't tell her that they're not big enough to fly with. You'll hurt her feelings.

You know how on a typical and stereotypical Valentine's Day the girl is presented....

a) with a heart shaped box

b) packaged in red gift wrapping,

c) and inside that box there're chocolates of various flavours
[Colours White, Light Brown, And Dark Brown]

d) and different shapes inside....?

And then the boy would receive one of three reactions from his girl (or all...)

1. Surprise (assuming she didn't know)

2. Joy (assuming she likes chocolate)

3. and a Kiss if he's that lucky... :P

My version on cupid, alittle evil for when he gets the match making wrong.

Mine is based off those pastel candy conversation hearts.

This lil girl is based off a beautiful bunch of lilies my Bf bought me, love them more then roses because they smell so sweet.

Reasoning:
My Luffox is based off the idea of love and the celebration of it on Valentine's day. I included the common colors such as red, white, and pink because they are colors often associated with love. I also included a bit of black because love is never perfect or easy. Like the saying, 'every rose has its thorn.'

I based my Luffox on chocolate. I know there are already loads of chocolate Luffox entries, but I felt like putting my own twist on this common theme. It's fur is different colors that chocolate appears in. The black for its teeth and horns is for dark chocolate. I didn't know what to do for the wings, and imagine Luffoxes (that is the plural right?) as deep forest dwelling creatures that need camouflage, thus the green.
