We see Blue Jays year round but they are really active during Spring and you see them everywhere here flirting around. While any other time of the year you are lucky to get a glance at one during spring you see them busy everywhere, especially in early spring and they are one of my favorite birds. So here is in honor to the beautiful Blue Jay

This is based off of my favorite flower, lilacs. They come in many shades of whites, pinks, purples, magentas and even some bi-colors! They bring back many memories... especially the fragrance!

This is the Stargazer Aeridini.
It is based off of stargazing, because spring is the best time of year for it. It's just warm enough that you can go outside after dark, the sky is typically clear, and it still gets dark out early.
