This is my dream pet! His name is Maximus the Fairy Dancer! His back story is that he is a beautiful Qitari who spends his days dancing around bringing joy to everyone who sees him. His purpose in life is to make as many people happy as he can. His power is fueled by dance, the more he dances the more joy he can spread.

Verana



Her name means Summer. She is the Queen of Qitaris. She picks the most beautiful fields for their herd to rest in. Once, she was exploring a creek to find the best spot to drink and she found a cave under a waterfall. She went inside and saw writing on the walls- it was in a language only Qitaris can understand. The message spoke of an oil that could give a Qitari the ability to breathe under water. A stone lever punctuated the passage. Curious, Verana kicked it down. Blue liquid sputtered from somewhere and left her marked with swirls and able to breathe under water. As for the wings, there is no explanation, unless it was the sparkly blue butterfly her mother accidentally ate while pregnant with Verana. ^.^

If I were to say I have only one passion, my answer would be electronics. For the last several years I've studied electronics and hands-on skills, and one of my favorite things to do is to solder. Thus comes this design, something based off of the printed circuit boards I often see, with their green solder mask and copper traces.

She was hatched from an eggling abandoned among gnarled roots and twisted vines. Her parents were long gone, but she was not left shivering in the cold. She was born into the world nestled in between the roots of an old oak tree, kept warm by crackling leaves and wilted flowers. Though summer green had given way to autumn chill, her parents had done the best they could to keep her safe. Had they meant to return? Did something prevent them from doing so? Had they been killed? She hasn't yet found out. But the place they left her in became her sanctum; it was there that she learned to live as one with nature, at peace with both herself and the world. Maybe one day her parents will return. She hopes they will. But until then, she continues to keep it her tiny world safe. While she has chosen no name of her own, those who travel near enough have begun to call her Wilting Eden, a spirit of oncoming autumn.

I'm one of those people that stays extremely busy to avoid thinking too much about things that upset me. So this design, for me, represents everything I'm trying to become. Happy, bright, charitable, philanthropic, and free of the weight that drags me down sometimes. And on an aesthetic side, this design has my 3 absolute favorite nephini markings (as well as my favorite sylestia species). Part of the reason I work so hard in rescue work is because I'm trying to find a way heal myself.

Mise (pronounced like reece, or geese just with an "m")


Mise's backstory is that she is queen of the Ironclaw clan, a nomadic group of warriors and their families who live in the desert. Mise is very loyal, and has a brilliant mind. She is tough in both body and mind, but that doesn't mean she is coldhearted and unfeeling. She cares for each and everyone of her clan members, and her top priority is to ensure their safety. With her clan beside her, Mise fights fiercely to protect the innocent.

The basis for the story is that it represents many things I try/want to be regarding physical, mental, and emotional traits. When I look at her, I think of a desert so I made her into a desert royal. I also just like stories where there is a hero/heroine to help people so thats where that part came from ^.^

Astariel is a star spirit. She was the last being left alive when her own universe died, stubbornly clinging to life as the worlds grew dark one by one, and cold nothingness slowly consumed what was left . The gods took pity on her, and instead of sending her vibrant spirit into the cold of death, she was reborn into the new universe that replaced her own as the eons turned.

Now, Astariel is an immortal spirit. Not quite one of the gods themselves, though she does serve as their messenger at times. She has powers that place her as far above mortals as the gods are above her, making her unique in the universe. She explores worlds, helping out or hindering as her heart moves her to. Sometimes mortals become aware of her presence...but only if she wants them to.

Hellion



Up from the depths of the abyss arose a great terror, the dreaded Hellion. A Ryori of immense power. Able to destroy villages with ease. And yet it has allied itself with good and has taken a liking to Chaos Empress. Hellion travels the world with his human ally protecting those in need. But he his still a wild Ryori and must be treated with respect lease he turns on the world. Those of evil want to get their hands on the powerful Ryori and use his powers against the world of Slyestia. Luckily he's perhaps too strong for his enemies, but for how long? And could his ally to a human have weakened him? Only time will tell.

Her name is Shade







When Shade was young she was cast aside to be the omega of her pack because she was a very unusual pup. As she grew into her adolescent years she slowly became more and more impatient with her pack and their abuse of her. Eventually she decided to leave them. Shade then wondered for years looking for a home where she would be accepted as herself. Many packs refused her and chased her off, as well as many humans she managed to come across. Many years were spent hunting and fending for herself. Then one day after being chased off from another wild pack she found herself in a strange meadow. It was there that she found salvation. At first she did not know what to do about the strange cabin that was placed within the middle of the meadow. Then as time went on she came to get to know the human and sylesties who lived there. They accepted her for her and did not try to change her. Although even today Shade will have the slight tendency to snap at members of her adopted family out of habit she is still loved by those she lives with and continues to live quite happily where she is.
