I made a couple of changes to Trick or Treating.

First, you must now answer a Player's Trick or Treat request before submitting your own with them. Fortunately, if you are already on their page to submit your own request, you can easily answer directly from their page. =P

Second, I have narrowed the filter on Avatar Items as a 'gift' option. The item must now be from the Fall Festival and be new from this year or the previous year OR just be any Avatar Item at or above Epic Quality. This means no more spam of Gnarled Vines or other similar items.

Lastly, the Pick a Door Game has opened up! Don't forget to participate!

Round 1 will end in 3 hours at 3 PM.

Is there supposed to be any kind of message or response upon picking a door?

I think I did run into an issue though Krin with the Fest Task List. I adopted a themed egg and it didn't count toward the task list task of Capture/Adopt any Wild Themed Pet in Umbra's Veil [Strong Snare Trap] x10

It will mark your choice as selected, but you will have to wait until the Round ends to find out if you moved on or not.

Awwww.... but I have received several really nifty Trick-or-Treat gifts that didn't happen to be from this Festival (including an avatar item I really wanted that the gifter couldn't have known that I wanted).

Maybe just exclude Gnarled Vines?

Honestly I haven't run into anything being spammed except brew agents, and I also find the restriction of new to this fest saddening. I've handed out a lot of avatar items from previous fests that were hard to get even then and have had people ToTing me specifically *for* avatar items. I get the reason for restricting I just find it really sad and don't know how to fix it to stop worthless pieces being given while still allowing us to gift people with items they can't get themselves at this time (other than setting up a forum and doing it manually, but that won't count toward the 250 items given out during ToTing, which I was coming up to)
