I wiggle after the martin and try to fit under the tree root, wondering how the Wolf will take shelter

The thunder came closer and the rain continued to fall. It didn't seem like it would be stopping anytime soon. You couldn't tell from the outside whether the cave was bigger, but you saw an animal running along the mesas
