"Still don't speak gibberish. Sorry, kiddo. Believer eh? My name means silence. Not sure why Nightsh-..." She fell silent, continuing to patch up Vernik. Nightshade... she had been like a mother to her. She didn't know if she had survived or not. The thought of it made her sad.

Vernik nodded, like he understood the words she had not said "My parents sold me to the empire, there reason was they needed money for food, not like I was worth a lot," He sighed, why am I telling this dragon I don't even know that, he turned away, also falling into an uncomfortable silence.

Mali looked around, wide eyed at all the things in the tent, when she noticed something shiny hidden in a tiny hole in the ground. She walked over to it and pulled the item out, a shiny key!
"Woah," She gasped and brought it back so the others could see her amazing discovery.
"Yek, yek, yek," She said holding out the key so they could see it, doing excited circles around them.

He understands then she thought after he went into silence too. Mali gasped and held up a key, "Where did you get that? I wonder what its for.." This bumbling dragonet was funny. Cesura liked her.

"Rodo," she said slowly, thinking before digging her claw into the ground and starting to draw. At first it looked like a blob, but after it started to resemble something, a door, a grand door and she pointed at it with wide eyes "Doof! Doof!"

Vernik watched Mali, confused but than a thought dawned on him "What if she is saying food? What if that is the key to the empires palace?"
He looked away, feeling like that was stupid, why would it be lieing around here, in the middle of the street, the idea was farfetched and random.

"Why would it be in my tent?" Cesura was utterly confused. There was no way to know what this key went to. Hmmm... "Can I see that?" She reached for the key.

"Resu," Mali said with a tiny giggle as she handed Cesura the key she had found, before walking away, exploring the tent once again.

"Do you know what it's for?" Vernik asked looked at the key with plain interest, notting how confused Cesura looked "Are you going to test it?"
He was as confused as she was about why the key was in the tent, but they would find out sooner or later

He tilt his head slightly pondering somthing then said. " Why dont you just stick them all into water for a bit then, all at the same time, since rust isn't a big issue it would go faster that way."

The key was pretty well rusted over so Cesura scratched the circular circle at the end of it. After a little bit of working at it, she revealed a talon-print. It matched the paint on her chest. She showed it to Vernik, "It matches. Must be something of the brotherhood's." She realized what she had just said. She would have to cover that up. They couldn't know.

"Brotherhoods?" Vernik said looking confused as he tilted his head to watch her "What is that?"
He looked at the talon print on her chest and tried to connect the dots, even though he was bad at doing that he finally came up with something "Is it a group you are in? A rebel group?"

Mali smiled as she waddled back over, the ladle back in her talons "Doof! Doof!" She said hopping up and down, holding the ladle like it was the most precious thing in the world.

Irylin lowered his head to eat, and stopped talking because of it. This was a rather exotic meat, and it tasted like it. However, he quickly realized how thirsty he was as he ate. He had never handled the heat well, and getting better at his ice magic certainly hadnt helped. While a dragon couldnt melt, they could sweat so much that they looked to be melting.

He wiped at his mouth with the back of a claw before turning to face Elenor. He dipped his head politely and waved a quick goodbye before he headed off to get a drink.

It was nice getting to meet you. Not that I know your name. I have to go though. He made sure to sound friendly, so that the dragon didnt think that he was finding an excuse to get away. She wasnt the most interesting, but there was no use in hurting a dragons feelings.

He took off with several strong wing strokes, and flew back towards the city.
