she smiled going back over to rocket.

she sees blackout and wildfire run off towards the mountains rain following her mom still staying to her side like glue and when wildfire turns she turns

she goes and gets on rocket.

blackout stops and looks back for a second but then keeps running

Not used to having a human on her back, Rocket almost threw Luka off, but after a moment of misplaced hooves and trying not to rear up, she settled down and trotted over to the jumps. Pausing a moment, she began to gallop fast towards the first jump, clearing it cleanly and slowing down, then speeding up and clearing the second jump. Determined not to fall this time, she braced herself and jumped over the last and highest jump, hooves hitting the ground on the other side cleanly. Shaking out her mane, she made a happy neigh and circled the fence to do the jumps again. But of course since Luka was there, she stopped and waited for Luca to lead her, feeling very pleased with herself. Jumping like a real race-horse, without being trained! Rocket saw snowfall and nickered boastfully about how this human deserved a good racing horse, not a crippled one like snow. She hadn't meant to be so cruel, but felt pretty high about herself and was eager to show it off.

She led her back around the corse.

After jumping the course several more times with Luka, Rocket was tired. She promptly stopped at the end of the course and shook out her mane, chuffing lightly and making it clear she was done for now. Rocket realized she was glad to be doing this, even though she knew her herd would highly disapprove. Rocket also wanted to say hello to the mare and foal, so there was a little bit of impatience in her hopves, though it wasn't directed at Luca. She also realized when the chief found out he'd probably try to perform that trial he does for every horse that wants to be 'tamed'. The audacity of it made her a little mad but she hid it, since she didn't want Luca to think she was angry at her or something.
