Lindsey is breathing steady but still hasn't woke up.

Every couple seconds you notice Jason looking at you and he seems really annoyed when he does. Samuel on the other hand is holding a stick and drawing in the sand with it. You couldn't tell if he was trying to be nice by keeping Jason away or just completely avoiding you.

He gives you a funny look, "Staying positive." Kody says into the mind link. Then you realized it was a super fake smile.

"Yeah, he's creeping me out. I've never seen him smile once let alone this long for no reason... we should probably get going." Serena says giving Kody a funny look before turning back towards the packs hangout and walking away.

'Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhkay......................' I say in the link. 'Wanna go to my cave... again? I kind of want you to see something. Something that was above your head.'

"Uh? Okay..." he replied into the link in his usual depressed sounding voice.

"We're going to bed! It's been a long day already," I call back to the others as we start for my cave. When we arrive, I point out the writing. "Does this mean anything to you?"

"No clue..." he said clearly surprised by the words.

(I have absolutely nothing planned. I basically just go with whatever as long as it seems interesting.)

"Well, at least you've escaped those beasts wrath until earlier today. The Crystal Clan is perfectly horribly named, as it's a clan of hyenas. Their leader, whatever members of the cat family call it, can shift. He, Rendul, is the one that has a bone to pick with me. Soon after I taught myself to turn coywolf, one of his warriors attacked me like I was some prey. I clawed those laughing jaws shut before that warrior could give a giggle. As a result, that she-warrior is now blind and considered elderly. He's hated me ever since, and many little scuffles have come about. I don't even know why he's bringing the entire pack into it now, though. He has never wounded a comrade of mine before either... that's why I'm a bit disturbed." I finished, sighing.

He pointed to his injury, "An eye for an eye. She lost a pair I lost one. He won't hurt you because I won't let him. Now I'm prepared and I don't care what dark history you may have, your my friend and I want to keep it that way."

I grinned. "Well I never even suggested that this would break our friendship. My goodness, do you think I think we're still so weak in relationship? I haven't lied to you once since the mind dragon. At least I don't think so..." My grin fades and I frown sorrowfully. "It's hard since I've become a habitual liar. I tell the most stupid lies ever, believe me. I once lied to Carson that I found a hare but ate it before coming back when she sent me hunting. I didn't find anything, I knew that was fine, but I still lied. I don't get it. I try to be trustworthy but I end up letting everyone down, including myself. What's wrong with me? And how did we get from the Crystal Clan to habitual liar??"

"I never suggested that either. What I'm saying is if that clan is willing to go to these lengths for revenge... what makes you think that they wouldn't kill. Being shifters they could easily get rid of someone without leaving a trace." he shrugged his shoulders and shifted to his human form.
