The air is chill but it has stopped snowing. Around you the forest is quiet, except for the sound of the trees branches clicking together in the wind. You can soon hear Oktavian and her pups snoring the den. The ground is very cold and soon your paws go numb sitting whilst sitting in place.

I shift a little and decide to pace around to gain warmth but still stay on alert.

Soon the rest of the wolves have finished eating. Alpha gives a low howl.
