Hey Fai, do you think we could get a white base to see just the shading on the lineart? Sorry for the ping >~<"

They look so great!! The male hatchling still looks a bit weird, I think its more so his back that is throwing me off as the large swoop in it looks a bit wonky since the rest don't have it. Other than that they're beautiful and I'm definitely ready to see them once completed!!

the leaves look a little... fleshy for my liking. a bit tentacle-y xD The females look cute but it seems the flower has switched sides from hatchling to adult.

so i like the idea behind this but it ended up with them just looking like they were yassified and made more cartoonish then the other animals on sylestia.
The lineart is really throwing me, its much thicker then any of the other species on sylestia and just stands out oddly to me. A lot of the anatomy also seems... odd and not very well executed (no hate here, im an artist and cant draw deer for the life of me just pointing something out).
The faes faces also look very,, doggish and the way the eyes are drawn remind me of diagrams showing the layer of the earth. I think this could be improved my lessening such a distinct dip into the face on the eyes and making the deer noses pointy.
The new leaves on the adults also look like they sick, the leaves are bumpy and remind me of the current autumn leaves mutation on the faes. This is mainly noticeable on the male fae, I much prefer the texture on the female fae.
The vines on the fae also remind me of worms/wire at the moment. They don't hang vary natural in my personal opinion and appear to just be places here. I am not skilled enough when it comes to drawing vines to offer advice on that but thats my take on it at the moment.

I really like these new styles, however I think there's a few anatomical issues that make them look a little wonky. One being the baby male's sideways facing body compared to the head and two being the female's head facing back too much and making the neck look broken
Other personal suggestions would be adjusting the basic outline of the pets as they seem to be drastically thick compared to other parts of the lineart, smoothing the baby male's cheek fur out so it matches better to the other 3 pets, and adjusting the coloring on the male's chest floof to flow with the white fur on the underbelly and chin. These are more nitpicking things though and might just be a stylistic choice you guys wanted to make
I messed with the posing of the baby male here, some of the lineart is just traced over the original and shifted/adjusted and then I redrew the perspective of the back and rear legs
I'm very much looking forward to see what the future updates have to offer and very excited to see the new faes ^^

I genuinely can not explain just how physically uncomfortable the texture of the males leaves makes me. Ive had discussions about it with many other players, and uhh. Well. Once you see it you cant unsee it. I dont know how much Ill be able to look at them if the texture of the males neck leaves remains that way. This is not meant offensively, the art itself is very good but please alter the texture, maybe a smoother leaf, or if you keep it bumpy maybe not that bumpy, tone it down a lot. Please
Also please soften that weird line on the females neck into proper shading rather than making it look like too much random loose skin barely hanging on to her neck in a disproportionate manner.
