She is not available in the Dungeon, no. As with almost all code with the Lost Grove, there are a lot of mechanical issues and I can't mix encounters from outside the Dungeon with encounters inside of the Dungeon. The mechanisms for spawning Enemies are entirely different systems lol.
I also wanted to give players a bit of a break on the Dungeon farming after the Week of Love's Kitten Sisters. I would expect the upcoming Easter Event will probably put something exclusively inside the Dungeon though.
For the Fortune Event though, you guys get a bit of a break. =)
The Dungeon Named/Bosses do drop x2 Pieces of The Lucky Pot Ticket as well as having a chance to directly drop a Secret Map, however.

The drops should be correct now and I updated them a bit. Dungeon Bosses now drop 4. Dungeon Named drop 2.

The "Orb of Memories" is something in the Ancient Temple that lets you reset your dungeon instances so that you can run them and beat the bosses again. :)

Im not sure why people in stage 13 are being punished, for lack of a better word, for being in the current stage. I run around killing everything in caves and forest before i train in the temple. Because im in stage 13 i am at a disadvantage while doing my non temple runs cause im into current content. That doesnt seem fair.

I also agree, getting to stage 13 feels like a punishment. I continue to regret beating the worm. x.x

It's just something that is very tough to balance right now. Players who have had access to Primordial Equipment and who have Rank 5 Expertise can obliterate even the deep part of the Forsaken Caverns enemies. Whereas someone who has not been able to defeat the Crystalline Behemoth will not be able to do that - so at their best, they would be defeating Enemies much slower.
Since Enemies do not get any more difficult once Stage 13 has been reached, this is my way of counterbalancing that.
It's just extremely difficult trying to serve the exact same content in the same zone to players spread across a massive progression tier. I obviously do not want to put a very valuable limited reward somewhere that a player can farm an exorbitant amount of with little effort. I am trying to balance things as best as I can so that the experience is somewhat comparable from one player to the next regardless of their progression.
