Description:
Lilly has the ability to make her more Aquatic features (scales,Fins,horns) glow in dark light. This reaction also causes phytoplankton and other bioluminiscente species to light up as well. Aside from this she can force some objects to light up however this is very draining on her energy especially if they are not living. Her glowing when forced on wounds can increase the healing rate of those areas, but its no magical fix by any means.
Personality:
Lilly is very dainty and delicate from the way she speaks to the way she moves and interacts with the world around her. Though in her Human life she was thought to be a proper Lady, her new found freedom has given he a more carefree attitude. She wasnt fond of all the glitter and jewels before as they were more like chains, these however she wears proudly as she roams the waters. She is very kind to those she considers herself close to, however if she has already deemed you an enemy it will take a lot of convincing her otherwise. She is strong willed very Loyal and an outgoing individual. Very sarcastic and loves to explore and socialize. She has a very loving Heart but finds romantic relationships to be a tender subject as she fears being a disappointment due to the amount of expectations set on her by others in her previous human existence , but she is open to the idea.
Other:
She is a little odd as she didnt retain the facial fins of most Aquatic Zols instead she retained very decorative ears. When she glows the runes on her body glow a light blue.
