Backstory: There isnt any tragic backstory or anything like that, just a guy that got fed up that nothing was done fast enough. The system was flawed so someone had to do somthing about it and he was never good at sharing ideas.
Personality: Careless and brash, he act like nothing ever bother him and see any type of confrontation as a game. He isnt used to work with others, partialy because he is very stuborn but mostly because he is horrible at proprely comunicating with anyone. Probably not 100% sane but hey, his best friend is a street cat who come around somtime so that was to be expected.

- his day job is preaty boring all things considered, growing plants and selling them isnt realy getting much interest out of people in general. He dosnt get anyone to talk too on that subject so he would totaly info-dump on anyone who asked.
- he may or may not have some dangerous if not flat out illegal plants in his house, mainly highly poisonous ones or stuff that can be realy nasty to deal with. He isnt above using it as wearpon when he goes prowling the streets at night.
- he sort of work with the agents tho he never let any of them see his face, he tend to toy with them but realy it's just harmless fun to him.

Backstory: A guy with a shady past, Lish finally got out of his less-then-ideal situation in his teen years and made plans to go to law school to get justice. However, while he was away studying, he found out that his best friend and his younger sister had been killed by a certain seriel killer. He immediately changed his path, and decided to use his past as a way to get into the killer's inner circle, so he could get revenge himself. Because who better to kill a killer then a guy that was once on trial for being a killer?
Personality:Although quiet, Lish is a calculating smart idiot. He's observant, but sometimes doesn't quite peice things together. He likes to follow the rules to a T, but since finding out about the deaths of his friend and sister he's thrown most of his logic out the window, because revenge. He's a bit too sacrificial and has no perception of danger so expect him to die easily, he's literallly a twig with a functioning braincell. He does know how to hit you where it hurts though.
