It depends, but most likely yes. It all depends on the parent who has the tail wisp.

Genes look like this:

If they do not have ANYTHING in a slot its X+X

If they are carrying but not showing it'll be X+Gene (in this case Tail Wisp)

NOW if they are showing it will look like this Wisp + Wisp, thus showing wisp.

However they could be carrying a recessive gene. If the male was Wisp + Dust then when you breed it to a female that is Dust + Dust there is a 50% chance the offspring will show Wisp and a 50% for Dust. But if the male is Wisp + Wisp that will ALL be wisps. It just matters which gene is the most dominate.

but His male has Visible tail Wisp and Mine Female has Visible Pixie Dust , that means both are 50% right?

and then what if a Female has Visible Gene while a Male has a Different Carried gene(but same slot) , will the female gene chances have more than the male?

Thank you for the explanation. Gosh that brought back memories from school biology.

Btw. is it listed somewhere that which mutations and designs are recessive and which are dominant?

So since both pixie dust and tail wisp are in mutation slot one the offspring can't have both genes visible at the same time. In this case the male was probably wisp+wisp and the female dust+dust so the offsprings would get wisp from the father and dust from the mother making them wisp+dust and since the wisp tail is dominating gene the offsprings all have visible wisp tail.

When you breed the offspring that is wisp+dust with a dust+dust mate, their offsprings could have either visible tail wisp(wisp+dust) or pixie dust (dust+dust), but if you breed it with wisp+wisp mate the offsprings would be either wisp+wisp or dust+wisp making them all have visible tail wisps.

When breeding wisp+dust with wisp+dust the offspring would have visible tail wisp in 3 of 4 cases (wisp+wisp, wisp+dust, dust+wisp) or visible pixie dust in 1 out of 4 (dust+dust).
