Just put a plain grey background behind it :) that way it wont distract from the outfit but it will make is show up still.

Sorry some things are late, I haven't had time to make the last items and post them.

Held - Necklace and Treasure Chest. Alternative objects in the hand could be a goblet, a sack of gold/silver, a key, a spyglass, a compass, a sextant or a map. A companion Held could be a monkey like Barbossa's from PotC, but I'm not gonna even try to draw that, lol.

Outfit - Plain, puffy white shirt underneath, visible at collar/cuffs. Embroidered waistcoat. Greatcoat should have embroidered edges and lots more detail around buttons. Pinstriped trousers. Should also be some necklaces/scarf stuff but it's too much detail for me to draw and my wrist's already sore. Boots have silver buckles and a pattern engraved at the top. Head - Tricorn hat with gold brocade and feathers, patterned/embroidered bandana, braided hair and eyepatch. Hair should have small braids and jewellery, coins, feathers and beads woven in. Reference pictures. x

Accessory - the gun/swordbelt and/or embroidered sash could be part of the outfit or they could be Accessory items. Maybe more swords on the back? Though I don't think pirates generally carried them there. There could be more items on the belt too, like a compass/spyglass/coin purse/lucky trinkets etc.

Cloak or Aspect - doesn't show up well because of the black, but it's supposed to be a Jolly Roger flag flying behind the character. I intended it to be a skull and crossbones, not just crossbones, but since most of the skull would be hidden anyway, oh well.

Aspect - Island and palm trees, with birds, more treasure chests and X marks the spot. Could have different colours of birds and treasure chests. Like seagulls with silver, pearls and diamonds, parrots with gold, rubies, sapphires and emeralds etc

Way beyond my skill level to draw but maybe a Wing item could be something like nets covered with barnacles, starfish and seaweed? Or Kraken tentacles? Parrot wings? Or just treasure-inspired - lots of gold doubloons/silver pieces linked together? Or just no wings lol.

i am very sorry about my really bad artwork. i bring tears to me talented friends eyes when i draw like this, that's how terrible it is.

leaf dress wrap and sea spray sunhat

Avatar outfit - Ripped shirt and pants, various color options but base is simple and worn looking.
Avatar held - volleyball that generates the hastag, use different hastag words for different volleyball color variations.
Background - Simple base with a palm tree, mostly empty beach.



Intention was to add some ground detail to the background - but keep it simple (I like it rather plain), and some kind of net cloak with shells entwined, but my loss of power for multiple set me behind in many things!

I didn't have time to make a new design this year, so I hope it's okay to resubmit last year's design - I didn't see anything against it in the rules.
