Krin, I'd purchased the Premium Advent Calendar, then the other day it was showing no premium. So I bought it again, and it still is saying I don't have premium Advent and its not letting me click on any of the advent boxes.

Is there a way this can be fixed?

I am only seeing one purchase for the Premium Advent Calendar (on 12/4) and then also one purchase for the Premium Login Rewards (on 12/25) for the Winter Festival. Are you maybe mixing the two up?

When I use an agent on another player's ice sculpture, it doesn't always count towards the tasks. It's consistently been taking 6-7ish agents before I meet the target of using 4 per day.

It seems to be working for me. Is it possible you chose the wrong Agent or someone beat you to it and yours didn't count?
