I can't open any of the doors.
When I click one nothing happens and I don't know why.
Is it some kind of a glitch???

Yeah, I have the same problem as Fern.

Either you have already participated in one of the games (you can only play one game per fest), or it's not on time, or you missed the first door in which case you have to wait til next game (at 9 am) to participate!

Is it possible either of you participated in a previous round, or started the game after the first set of doors closed/were no longer available to be picked from?

If so:

- You can only participate in one round of Pick-a-Door per series. After you participate in one round, you cannot compete in a round that comes after.

- You can't pick a door if the game is already past the first set of doors, you'd have to wait for another round to begin.

- If you picked a door from the first door set, and it resulted in a Prize, you cannot pick any doors after.
After all rounds of Pick-a-Door are done in this series, the prizes will be given out.

I did do a game before but I didn't get a prize from it. Did I do something wrong??

If you didn't get a Prize door, but got a Move-on door, and forgot to pick a door after, then you'll receive the prize from the set of doors you got the move-on door from.

If you mean why didn't you get a prize despite getting a door that said prize, prizes aren't sent out until every round in Pick-a-Door has been completed, so everyone gets their prizes at the same time.

- The maximum amount of Growing Pots that a Player may have at one time in the Sylesti Garden has been increased to 50 (was 30).

- Added [Retired Seed Pouch (Natureguard Aeridini)] and [Retired Seed Pouch (Rosewood Natureguard Aeridini)] to the Diamond Shop. Players may purchase these items and grow them in their Sylesti Garden . Retired Seeds cannot be obtained through any other method. (Note: This will provide players with an opportunity to generate new Themed Pets of these Retired Themed Pets with the new Traits that were added for this Restricted Trait Set)
