Agreed. I have the valentines to get the staff, it just won't let me use them to add them to my account!

Me too. He suggested some stuff to do and I did it all and it didn't work, and I tried on another device in case it was my iPad, and that didn't work, so I told him that and he hasn't responded (I think he's sleeping).
