Is the festival zone a new zone that opens temporarily on the map?
I don't see any indication of one atm.

They could, yes, but it wouldn't have the themed pet's tag and most people wouldn't technically count it as an actual themed pet since it wasn't obtained by festival means.

I'd be one of those people. ^^; A generated one meant to look like a themed pet would be.... ehhh... an "Imitation Themed Pet"


And the zone will be available once the festival starts. If you click on the "Explore" button up at the top, it actually has a grayed out option that says "Seasonal Festival" on the drop-down menu.

They should also add an icon on the map page for it, and they have a little calendar marker on most of the website's pages in the top right that will take you to a full menu page. It gives the link to the zone, the festival shop, the wheel, and whatever else they may have going on. :)
