Okay.. so Windchaser Luffox can only have the four above traits, and only WC Luffs can have those traits? I guess I'm still sort of confused as to whether or not those traits can be passed to a non-WC Luff.

Yes, you can pass down the traits to any normal Luffox via breeding. You can only originally obtain the traits through the themed pet though.
