Just something to add for Mamosa~
When he's about to use "Bear Hug", the icon called "Standing Up" appears under his name.
Immediately after "Bear Hug" if your pet has avoided it with quick attack, he will use Piercing Howl (decreases agility of pets by 50%) which all pets (or at least your tank) should block to avoid. If you do now block, your pet will most likely be getting bear hugged. If your pet does get bear hugged, he will immediately use Piercing Howl after your pet has been released from "Bear Hug".
Edit: And I'm getting wrecked on Team Sprocket. xD So things to note:
Killing Zibby will give remaining enemies "Essence of Zibby" which reduces their damage taken by 50%.
Killing Zeb will give remaining enemies "Essence of Zeb" which restores 2% of their health every turn.
I've yet to kill Znogg first to see what he gives his buddies.
I'm thinking I'm going to have to build a separate level 50 team specifically for this fight with fire casters to whittle down all of their health at once.

Thanks for the information, Imperium or should I say Eimell? :p
Hm, I just fought Mamosa and like you said, he used Piercing Howl right after he used Bear Hug.
It's been about 3 months since I last fought Mamosa, but before, that piercing howl never seemed to decrease my agility. I guess Krin has changed how it's work.
I just fought Team Sprocket using my tips and I didn't have any trouble beat them. :/
Did you change your middle pet's position to share your damage between all your pets? <- This general tips will help you a lot to survive longer so always use it when you fight tough bosses.
By the way, killing Znogg will increase his fellows physical mitigation and magical mitigation by 30%.
I think I've tried all fire casters build when I wrote this guide but the fight were harder than when I used Shadow All HP build to beat the boss one by one.

Do you know what the best build and fight would be for the quickest way to get arena tokens, with max-stat pets?

I use all agi build for my arena pets. That way I can fight multiple boss at once without need to change party and it's the safest build for max stat pets.
I usually start from Harpy, then Mamosa, and then Plaguebringer.
I usually don't fight the other bosses, but when I feel like it, I'll finish Team Sprocket (I don't fight Ran'Tiki because it's too much hassle for 6 arena tokens) and all lv 25 bosses except Malgron (I don't like to fight him because I often forget to block his stun).
Also, I'm not really sure but it seems Mamosa has different mechanics now and probably the other bosses too, so sorry if my guide has some mistakes. I don't have any idea what part that Krin changed so I don't know where to start fixing my guide (The real reason: I'm just too lazy to start over).

I agree about the different mechanics, my all-agility stat griffis got hugged, and they have a quickness rating of over 100, and avoidance chance over 40%.
I fought all the other bosses except plaguebringer, and I don't think they have changed. I find the Team Sprocket fight harder, but I forgot that Ziggy has a shield which deals damage, which might be the reason instead.
