Can I just say I am honestly thrilled that this exists.

People not reading the instructions in the design thread was really upsetting me because Fall Festival is by far my favourite fest and we all know Krin and Fai have SO much on their plates at the minute. Hopefully now with the existence of this thread that issue will be eliminated because people will think to come here to ask first, and the design thread will be nice and compact to allow the admins an easier time judging, rather than being full of discussion and comments.

I like this design, it has an eye-catching palette and the colors complement each other very nicely. I played in the generator a little with it:



That's really lovely, makes me hungry just to look at it! ^_^

I think my only critique with it is how the Mutation (3): Flowered Vines looks on it. It took me a few moments to appreciate it, because it can clash with gene 3 if gene 3 is an overpowering gene. The darker-colored vine threw me off. But it did eventually grow on me! :)



I also feel like the name might be a little too long, but other than length, I like it. It does remind me of a box of apples and pears! :)

Aww, thanks Gingerpaw! I based them from various types of squirrels and chipmunks. :D
If all else fails and they don't make it, I'll gather up a few essences for Tiger and Lemur Tail. ^^

A little skeptical about it being chosen though. Since there are already quite a few brown coloured themed nephs around. But we'll see how it goes. I'm glad you like them :P

Opinions Wanted!

As content as I am with my Morrko design, I find myself thinking it's too... generic. There are a few Morrko themes with similar color palettes, and there's an endless array of themes for all species based on the same thing - Autumn Leaves.

So I keep going back to make a few other designs that I like, but they lack the stark colors and bright contrasts on the standing design and ultimately, I am torn. So if anyone cares to give me a hand... Pick a Morrko! No reasoning or critique needed; I just want some votes on which ones people like the best. And do ping me, please! Or send a PM if you're concerned about thread clutter. :)
