Is it worth it? What are the pets like, it seems like they re really expensive, are they worth it? Does anyone have a pet from a different eggling action that I can look at?

Sorry. The Menu wasn't timed correctly.
However, you can always access it via the links provided in these threads. It should also usually be in the MotD on the older layout pages.

I don't have the links, but you can look through the past pages in the Official Games and Contests forum for the past Eggling Auctions. They might not have the prices used in the past, but they should all have a list of what was won, and sometimes have a link to the pets that were won.
There might not be links to the themed pets, as themed pets that are won can also be won from other means. For example in this festival, you could win the first 7(?) eggling themes from Winter Wonderland, so the pets aren't specially linked to the profile page. You can probably try and search for them from Advanced Search under "Exclusive" pet filters.
