Hey, sorry to ping you with annoying questions but was curious if it was okay to just put a description of our ideas instead of drawing them out. In past forums it's specifically been stated but this one didn't make mention of it so I wanted to make sure since I am not good as drawing things out.

I really like your design, especially the fins on the legs. I hope it gets taken.

So I hope this isn't to close tot he other webbed design! I really miss the neck fin on my old starter vorpa so I was hoping I could bring it back to life here
Fanned Webbing/Choppy Webbing
And here, I know we have a kelp headdress but I made a seaweed mane. I imagined a thinned lion's mane put into dreadlocks and conducting photosynthesis :p
Seaweed mane
With these I tried to create a look of gems scattered about the body. They would glitter, with the largest having a glittery aura. Kind of like, this kelp crash landed in a treasure chest and became majestic!
Scattered Gems
So I tried to create a gene similar to one of my favorite childhood characters, Herbie the 53 bug! On it's chest is a target. I based it on something like this Herbie's racing stripes

And here is paisley for the fish side

Lastly, Starkissed Runes. Basically, The kelp looks like it has bee dipped in a puddle of stars and they clinged to the scales?

*I will add more later! Hope these are alright

In keeping with the "fierce aquatic predator" theme the Kelpari are supposed to have, I decided that few things in the water are scarier than crocodilians. Therefore, here is the Crocodilian Armor mutation, shown with head fins and mane to signify that you can probably keep the normal stuff on the head (also the wing-fins, but I just didn't bother drawing them as to not spoil the concept).
With no better idea of what to call it, I've named the file for this one "Refraction", so named for the refraction effect of light on water.
And it's so simple, but I don't even feel bad about it: Bioluminescent Fins.

It needs to be drawn, no matter how badly. :P If you don't think your drawings can fully depict what you're trying to convey, then you can post images with your drawings to get your idea across better.
